Hello everyone, in this blog i´m going to talk about this question: Why do you think voting is important? Regarding the vote, I have mixed feelings, and I find both arguments for and against. I consider myself an anarchist, that is to say that I do not believe in the legitimacy of power, or hierarchy. Therefore, I also strongly question Representative democracy. On the one hand, I think that voting is a way of validating and participating in a deeply rotten system. To vote is to reduce oneself to the game of the ruling class that imposed a false democracy, because those who really rule the country are large companies and families like the Luksic, which control the means of production. On the other hand, I think that voting is important for a matter of lesser evil: I would vote, for example, to prevent someone like Piñera from being president.
